Casper had sent me some other music on email, which he wanted me to put lyrics and melody to. He wanted to use this song for a singer (Bo Bosboom) who had won a talent contest he was involved with in Holland.
I wrote this melody and lyrics to it. I played the song on the computer to record the rough vocals/melody onto minidisc, then emailed this to Casper:

Casper loved it.
I asked him when it would be released as a single with Bo Bosboom performing it and he replied (on the 10th of October 2007) that it would be released the week after that and that he would send the sound files to me. I didn`t hear from him again. This email contained two attachments, the registrations of Deep Sea Green and I`m Not crying. Casper had copyrighted the original acoustic version of the song Deep Sea Green (with my lyrics/melody), without telling me and without my signature.
Here's the original copyright proof I saw at BUMA (from 2008) for I'm Not Crying. I've recently found out that the copyright registration was changed at BUMA to not include my name. Now Bo Bosbbom is the composer/author??
For reference/comparison here are the songs listed (you can search all the published songs at BUMA via their website) for the songs on the album, including what Casper made them believe about 'Deep Sea Green' so they put his name on it.
Casper never told me what happened with "I'm Not Crying". I found out via a post of his on the Sellaband forum about it being released. Here is the final version of the song. Some of what I had written had been chopped out, but what was left was pretty much as I wrote it:

Still Casper refuses to inform me of any monies that are owed to me on this song. BUMA/STEMRA refuse to discuss it as I am not directly a member with them (and they only mediate between BUMA/STEMRA members, which is quite hilarious considering they can freeze monies on Deep Sea Green without me being a direct member, but can't do the same with I'm Not Crying when they have all the evidence clearly pointing out that the melody and lyrics are mine).
So how can Casper call me a thief on Deep Sea Green when I asked him to supply his music, and had to then get totally new music written, while he just takes my melody and lyrics to another song and I never hear from him again about it??
UPDATE 07/02/2010: Casper has said on the Sellaband forum (not an email to me) that "I'm Not Crying" is still registered at BUMA/STEMRA to myself and him and is 50/50. Until I get any proof of this I can only go by the BUMA/STEMRA website which says Bo Bosboom is the composer/author (see link above). Even if Casper is telling the truth, the fact remains that I have not seen one penny of any monies made from this song since it was released, or even heard anything about it.
